Terms and conditions for Zoravundeliato

Old productivity tools often buried their rules in dense legal text, but I prefer to be clear about how Zoravundeliato works before you let it anywhere near your workflow. These terms and conditions explain what you can expect from the AI shortcut assistant, what I expect from you, and how South African law frames our relationship. They do not try to cover every edge case, but they do set the baseline for responsible use, data handling, and dispute resolution so that we both know where we stand.

1

Accepting these terms

By accessing zoravundeliato.sbs or using the Zoravundeliato shortcut assistant, you agree that these terms form a binding agreement between you and me. If you do not accept them, you should not create an account, install any related software, or continue using the service. I encourage you to read everything carefully, because even a quiet AI that observes your workflow needs clear rules about how it may be used and what you can reasonably expect in return.

Key definitions

To keep the rest of these terms readable, I use a few defined phrases repeatedly. This section explains what those phrases mean so you can see exactly how they apply whenever they appear later in the document.

“Zoravundeliato”, “service”, or “shortcut assistant” refers to the AI based tools, websites, and related features I provide under the Zoravundeliato name zoravundeliato.sbs, including any software or extensions that observe your on screen behaviour to suggest shortcuts and macros.

“User”, “you”, or “your” means any person or organisation that accesses zoravundeliato.sbs, creates an account, installs related software, or otherwise uses the shortcut assistant, whether on a trial basis or as a paying customer.

“Content” means any text, images, files, data, or other material that appears on zoravundeliato.sbs or is processed through the shortcut assistant, including both material I provide and material you upload, generate, or interact with while using the service.

“Workflow observation data” refers to the action patterns Zoravundeliato collects when you use the assistant, such as sequences of clicks, keystrokes, window changes, and app interactions, recorded with an emphasis on behaviour rather than the underlying content of your documents or messages. This data is used to identify repeated routines, propose shortcuts, and improve the performance and safety of the AI features over time.

Who may use Zoravundeliato

To use Zoravundeliato, you must be able to enter into a binding contract under the laws that apply to you, and you should only access the service on behalf of an organisation if you have authority to do so. You agree that you will not use the shortcut assistant in situations where local rules or internal policies prohibit this kind of workflow observation, such as certain regulated environments or highly sensitive systems.

If you are unsure whether you are allowed to use Zoravundeliato in your role or region, you should seek appropriate guidance before installing or enabling the assistant, rather than assuming that access to the site alone means it is suitable for your situation.

2

Using the service

Zoravundeliato is intended to help you discover and manage shortcuts and macros that support your everyday computer use. You agree to use the service only through the interfaces and methods I provide, to respect any usage limits or fair use guidelines, and to avoid actions that could harm the stability or security of the assistant or its underlying infrastructure.

Your responsibilities

Even though Zoravundeliato is designed to do a lot of quiet work in the background, your choices still shape how safe and useful it can be. This section sets out the main responsibilities you accept when you decide to bring an AI shortcut assistant into your daily workflow, from account security to testing automations and respecting other people’s rights.

  • •

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, you should change your password promptly and notify me so I can help secure the account and investigate any unusual behaviour.

  • •

You are responsible for deciding which workflows are appropriate for automation and for testing suggested shortcuts before relying on them for critical tasks. This includes checking that macros comply with your organisation’s policies, industry rules, and any contractual obligations that govern how you handle data or systems.

  • •

You are responsible for ensuring that any content or data you process through Zoravundeliato, including information from third party tools, is collected and used lawfully. If you share personal or confidential information within your workflows, you must have the right to do so and must configure the assistant in a way that respects those obligations.

  • •

You are responsible for keeping your devices, operating systems, and other software reasonably up to date and secure. Zoravundeliato depends on this broader environment, and I cannot take responsibility for issues that arise primarily from outdated systems, malware, or misconfigured hardware beyond my control.

3

Prohibited uses

Because automation can amplify impact, I need to be explicit about ways you may not use Zoravundeliato, even if the underlying features might technically allow them. These rules protect you, other users, and the systems the assistant interacts with.

  • •

You may not use Zoravundeliato in any way that breaks the law, infringes someone else’s rights, or encourages others to do so. This includes using the assistant to help bypass security controls, interfere with systems you are not authorised to access, or automate actions that would be unlawful if performed manually, such as unauthorised data scraping or harassment.

  • •

You must not attempt to copy, modify, reverse engineer, or otherwise tamper with the underlying code, models, or infrastructure that power Zoravundeliato, except where such activity is explicitly allowed by applicable law. Trying to probe for vulnerabilities, bypass technical protections, or overload the service with automated requests is also prohibited.

  • •

You may not use Zoravundeliato to create, run, or assist harmful automation, including macros that send unwanted messages at scale, manipulate records without appropriate authority, or interfere with the normal operation of third party services. If you are unsure whether a planned use falls into this category, you should seek guidance before enabling it.

  • •

You are not allowed to resell, rent, or otherwise provide access to Zoravundeliato to others as a standalone service without my prior written consent. Using a single account to share access widely, or embedding the assistant in another product as if it were your own, falls outside the scope of the licence granted under these terms.

  • •

You must not misrepresent your relationship with Zoravundeliato, claim that the assistant offers professional advice in regulated areas, or suggest that its shortcut suggestions are endorsed by any organisation that has not agreed to such endorsement. The tool is designed to support your workflow, not to act as an official authority in financial, legal, medical, or similar fields.

Intellectual property

Zoravundeliato, including its underlying software, design, branding, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. I grant you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable licence to access and use the service for your own internal purposes, subject to these terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or create derivative works from the service or its components, except where such restrictions are not allowed by applicable law.

Your content

When you use Zoravundeliato, you may upload, generate, or interact with content such as configuration files, workflow notes, or other material that passes through the assistant. You remain the owner of this user content, and you are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights to use it in this way and that it does not infringe the rights of others or break any applicable laws or policies.

Rights you grant me

By submitting or processing user content through Zoravundeliato, you grant me a limited, non exclusive licence to use, store, process, and display that content as necessary to provide and improve the service. This includes analysing workflow patterns, troubleshooting issues, and developing new features, always in line with the privacy policy and applicable data protection rules.

Privacy and data

Because Zoravundeliato observes how you use your computer to suggest shortcuts, privacy is central to how the service operates. I explain what information is collected, how it is used, and which choices you have in the dedicated privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. That document covers workflow observation data, cookies, analytics, and your rights under South African law and any other rules that may apply.

If we disagree

I hope that most issues with Zoravundeliato can be resolved through a straightforward conversation, but it is still useful to explain how more formal disputes will be handled if they arise. This section outlines the steps we will usually follow, starting with direct contact and moving toward structured processes only if necessary.

Dispute resolution options

If a dispute arises that we cannot resolve through informal discussion, you and I agree to consider resolving it through confidential arbitration or a similar alternative dispute process before turning to full court proceedings, where the law allows. Arbitration is typically handled by an independent third party who reviews both sides and makes a decision, which can be quicker and less formal than traditional litigation. Nothing here stops either of us from seeking urgent relief in court if that is needed to protect rights that cannot wait, such as security or misuse concerns.

The goal of this approach is to handle disagreements in a way that is proportionate to the nature of a digital shortcut assistant, while still respecting your legal rights under South African law and any mandatory protections that apply in your country. I will always aim to resolve issues in good faith before formal steps are taken.

Online dispute options

If you are based in a region that offers online dispute resolution platforms for consumer issues, you may have the option to use such a service in addition to or instead of traditional processes. These platforms are designed to help resolve disagreements about online services without requiring formal court proceedings. Availability and suitability will depend on your location and the nature of your use of Zoravundeliato.

Important disclaimers

Zoravundeliato is built to help you discover shortcuts and macros that may reduce repetitive computer work, but it does not replace your own judgement or professional advice. I provide the service on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and I cannot promise that every suggestion will suit your role, tools, or risk tolerance. You remain responsible for testing automations in a safe context and deciding when it is appropriate to rely on them. Results may vary, and any examples of potential time savings are illustrative rather than promises.

Use automation carefully

Automation can make both good and bad habits faster, so you should always review each suggested macro, understand what it will do, and test it on non critical tasks before trusting it with important work. If you enable a shortcut that behaves in a way you did not intend, you are responsible for pausing or adjusting it and for any consequences that follow, to the extent allowed by applicable law.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use Zoravundeliato, including lost time, missed opportunities, or business disruption. Where liability cannot be excluded entirely, it will be limited to the amount you paid for access to the service over a reasonable recent period, if any, and nothing in these terms is intended to limit rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Your responsibility to indemnify

To the extent the law allows, you agree to indemnify and hold me harmless from claims, losses, damages, and reasonable costs that arise from your misuse of Zoravundeliato, breach of these terms, or violation of someone else’s rights while using the assistant. This includes situations where you enable automations that conflict with company policies, share access to your account inappropriately, or use the service in ways that cause harm to others or to the underlying infrastructure.

Governing law

These terms are written with South African law in mind, because that is where I operate Zoravundeliato and where most of the underlying services are managed. As a result, your use of the site, the shortcut assistant, and any related features is governed by the laws of South Africa, without giving effect to rules that would apply the laws of another country. If you access Zoravundeliato from elsewhere, you remain responsible for ensuring that your use of the service is lawful in your own location and for complying with any additional rules that apply to you.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Zoravundeliato at any time by closing your account or uninstalling any related software. I may suspend or terminate your access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, misuse the service, or create risks for other users or the underlying systems. Where reasonable, I will try to give you notice before taking such steps, but I may act without notice if urgent action is required to protect people, data, or infrastructure.

Changes to these terms

Zoravundeliato will evolve over time, and these terms may need to change with it. When I make material updates, I will adjust the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, highlight key changes or notify you through the service. Continued use of Zoravundeliato after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms, so I encourage you to review them periodically, especially when new features are introduced.

If part of these terms fails

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or other competent authority, that portion will be treated as modified or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining sections will continue to apply in full. The overall intent of our agreement should remain intact as far as the law allows.

Entire agreement

These terms, together with the privacy policy, cookie policy, and any specific notices or agreements presented when you sign up for or purchase particular features, form the entire agreement between you and me regarding your use of Zoravundeliato. They replace any earlier discussions, emails, or understandings about the shortcut assistant, whether written or spoken. If I offer additional terms for a specific feature and you accept them, those will apply alongside this document, but only to the extent they clearly add to or modify what is written here.

Contact

If you have questions about these terms, if something feels unclear, or if you believe a part of this document should be updated to reflect how you actually use Zoravundeliato, you are welcome to contact me using the details on the contact page. I would rather explain a clause in plain language than leave you guessing how it applies to your workflow.
